Chandrababu Naidu to campaign in Karnataka

Telugu Desam Party (TDP) supremo and Andhra Pradesh CM N. Chandrababu Naidu will campaign for ruling Janata Dal-Secular-Congress alliance in Karnataka. Following a request by JD(S) chief and former Prime Minister H.D. Deve Gowda, the TDP president will be addressing a few election rallies in Karnataka this week.
Naidu, Gowda and his son, H.D. Kumaraswamy, who is also the Chief Minister of Karnataka, will campaign in Lok Sabha constituencies having sizeable population of Telugu-speaking people, sources in the TDP said.
Having completed both the Assembly and LS polls in AP in a single phase, Naidu will be campaigning for the allies in other states,  where elections are scheduled in the next phases. Last week, Gowda addressed an election rally for the TDP in Andhra Pradesh after the TDP supremo requested him to visit the state.
Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal, West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee and National  Conference president Farooq Abdullah also campaigned for the TDP in AP. It is not yet clear if Naidu would also visit Bengal and Delhi to campaign on behalf of the Trinamool Congress and Aam Admi Party in the respective states.
