CBN Red Signal to CBI

The Andhra Pradesh government took a shocking decision on CBI. CBN government pulled back before orders which were given in united AP to the section of CBI authorities into AP. New Orders were issued by the AP government to limit section for the CBI officials. 

The ongoing attacks by Income Tax experts on some business companies kept running by those near the ruling Telugu Desam Party in the state, have left Naidu embarrassed and anger on the central government.  Thusly, he reported that his government would not give police cover to the IT officials for directing the attacks. 

As indicated by reports, Naidu has withdrawn general consent concurred to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to practice its power Andhra Pradesh. It's issued by Principal Secretary (Home) A R Anuradha on November 8, Which was leaked online on Thursday.

"In exercise of the forces presented by Section 6 of the Delhi Special Police Establishment Act, 1946, Government thus withdrawn the general consent accorded (in GO Ms 109) to every one of the members from the Delhi Special Police Establishment to excess the powers and jurisdiction under the said Act in the territory of Andhra Pradesh," the most recent Government Order (GO) said. 

West Bengal CM Mamata Banerjee has also backed CBN and said her government is checking the means taken by the CBI as the agency has 'lost its creditability'.
