Released in both Telugu and Tamil, the song serves as the first musical glimpse of the much-awaited action drama.

Irumudi Kattu Is a Devotional Ayyappa Anthem

‘Irumudi Kattu’ is a devotional song dedicated to Lord Ayyappa, featuring devotees singing during an important sequence in the film.

The track is composed by GV Prakash Kumar, with lyrics penned by Shiva Nirvana and Kalyan Chakravarthy, while Ananthu has lent his vocals.

The foot-tapping composition combines devotional fervour with mass appeal, making it a potential chartbuster among Ayyappa devotees and music lovers alike.

Irumudi Glimpse Hints at Emotional Father-Daughter Story

The recently released glimpse introduced Ravi Teja as a caring father deeply attached to his daughter, played by Baby Nakshathra.

The teaser suggests that a tragic incident changes his life, pushing him toward violence and alcoholism. Later, inspired by his daughter, he embraces the Ayyappa faith by wearing the sacred mala, marking a journey of redemption and self-transformation.

Irumudi Cast, Release Date and Technical Crew

‘Irumudi’, Ravi Teja’s 77th film, is produced by Mythri Movie Makers and is scheduled for a worldwide theatrical release on August 21.

The title carries spiritual significance, symbolising a devotee’s sacred offering to Lord Ayyappa.

Besides Ravi Teja and Priya Bhavani Shankar, the film also stars Sai Kumar, Ajay Ghosh, Ramesh Indira, Swasika, and Baby Nakshathra in pivotal roles.

The film is backed by producers Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar, with cinematography by Vishnu Sarma, production design by Sahi Suresh, editing by Prawin Pudi, and music by GV Prakash Kumar. Director Shiva Nirvana has written the story, screenplay, and dialogues.
