Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu on Tuesday made it clear that obstruction to development would not be tolerated and appealed to the public to support constructive efforts.
Addressing a public meeting at Ramapuram village in Nellore district as part of the Palle Panduga-3.0 programme, Naidu said the coalition government was working to uplift people with low incomes, but alleged that some forces were threatening a “bloodbath” through destruction.
He urged people to distinguish between the crisis of the past and the development of the present, calling on them to separate those who criminalise politics from those who transform lives through it.
Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan also addressed the gathering.

The Chief Minister alleged that the YSR Congress was orchestrating destructive actions and conspiracies even after its electoral defeat. He urged people to recognise the government’s good work while remaining vigilant against the opposition’s conspiracies.
Naidu recalled that before the 2024 elections, the alliance comprising Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Pawan Kalyan and himself had pledged to rebuild the state. He noted that the public had granted the alliance an unprecedented majority, creating history with a 94 per cent strike rate.
He said the NDA’s momentum had grown stronger since the 2024 elections and added that the people were ready to ensure the alliance’s victory in local body elections as well.
Palle Panduga 3.0 brings Rs 11,085 crore rural development push
He credited Pawan Kalyan with steering villages toward development. He highlighted that while the previous government laid only 880 kilometres of CC roads in five years, the coalition government built 6,500 kilometres in just two years.
Naidu said the coalition inherited a debt burden of about Rs 10 lakh crore, yet it did not halt welfare programs. He said the Super Six schemes were successfully implemented despite financial constraints, crediting the Central Government’s support and Prime Minister Modi’s intervention when Andhra Pradesh was on “ventilator support.”

He remarked that the government had restored the “Brand AP” image, pointing out that industries were now actively coming into the state.
He added that new policies and reforms were shifting the focus from “Ease of Doing Business” to “Speed of Doing Business.”
The Chief Minister and Deputy Chief Minister launched rural development works worth Rs 11,085 crore.
